## Description

A Green Finance Consultant to deliver research, which analyses the case for deeper green finance cooperation with ASEAN, with a particular focus on voluntary carbon markets \(UK public & private opportunities\) and green finance innovation \(UK commercial opportunities across all asset classes / verticals\)\. Both qualitative and quantitative data will be used to define the current landscape, forecast market developments and provide scenario based recommendations for UK engagement\.
