## Description

The Council as Harbour Authority for Penzance, Newquay & St Ives supplies fuel - Marine Gas Oil - for customers at these three locations\. The cost of the fuel is passed on to our customers together with an extra added charge to cover the cost for dispensing the fuel together with the administration of these facilities\. The provision of this service helps to improve safety and the environment by controlling the time and amount at which fuel can be delivered and dispensed together with reducing the risks from spillage\.
