Statement of Requirement (SoR) details the Ministry of Defence (MoD) requirement to conduct research in order to develop interactive training scenarios for Mixed Reality (MR) for use within DMA for clinicians.

The Institution/Contractor will undertake research to deliver Phase 3 of the Mixed Reality project to include:

a. The services of a research assistance (1 FTE)

b The supervisory services of a Principal Investigate (20% FTE)

c The procurement, installation and QA of software enhancements, including 3D and multimedia content and scenario/military platform/instructor console upgrades

d. Procurement of COTS MR headsets and body tracking technologies

e. Ensure all upgrades are completed (lighting, PC upgrades, eg GeForce 4000 Series, cabling etc)

f. Develop olfactory component (OVR Systems(x2) and integration
