Consultancy Services for Information, Advice and Guidance Development - AWARD

The Council invites quotations for the provision of Consultancy review of Information, Advice and Guidance Services in Croydon.

The Council's current Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) contract is currently held by the Citizens Advice Bureau. This has recently been extended for a further year up to March '25, at which point a new contract will need to be in place.

Given the short timescales involved, the Council is now seeking a consultant partner to work with us to develop a new specification for this contract with a view to maximising its impact and improving its efficacy.

The duration of the contract is 3 months.
