VALUATIONS FOR CAPITAL ACCOUNTING

Gosport Borough Council is inviting contractors to submit a tender for the provision of a service for the valuation of assets for capital accounting purposes in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) - based Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting, published by Cipfa and the RICS Red Book and accounting for leases following IFRS16.
