## Description

The Existing building is in a severely dilapidated state,Parts of it cannot be accessed at all, and much of the structure is unsafe\. The building, whilst not Listed, is treated as such, is in a conservation area and has previously received scrutiny from organisations such as SAVE and Historic England\. Much of it must therefore be conserved rather than demolished\.
