Description
The Isle of Wight Council ("the Authority") invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers ("Potential Suppliers") for the provision of the Isle of Wight Domestic Abuse Service. \r \r This procurement follows the Open Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015.\r \r The Isle of Wight Domestic Abuse Service will provide tailored, trauma-informed support to victims/survivors of domestic abuse and evidence-based interventions for people using abusive behaviours. \r \r The domestic abuse service will be procured in two lots:\r \r • Lot 1 is the service for victims/survivors of domestic abuse and will include the provision of safe accommodation, community-based support, domestic abuse services for children and young people and training delivery. \r \r • Lot 2 is the service for people using abusive behaviours. This service will deliver interventions based on evidence based standards and research, and provide partner support. \r \r Suppliers are able to bid for one or both Lots. \r \r The term of the contract for Lot 1 shall be 1st October 2023 until 30th September 2026 with the option to extend for up to a further 48 months at the sole discretion of the Authority. \r \r The term of the contract for Lot 2 shall be 1st October 2023 until 31st March 2025 with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months at the sole discretion of the Authority. \r \r Additional information: The estimated value set out in this contract notice is the total value for both lots combined, and is for the initial term and the possible extension option(s) The estimated total contract value is broken down as follows: Lot 1 - £1,788,730 Lot 2 - £150,000 The term of the contract for Lot 1 shall be 1st October 2023 until 30th September 2026 with the option to extend for up to a further 48 months at the sole discretion of the Authority. The term of the contract for Lot 2 shall be 1st October 2023 until 31st March 2025 with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months at the sole discretion of the Authority.
