## Description

The development of a standard set of simplified national people policies by 2025 is a key action within the Future of NHS HR and OD report \(FHROD\)\. A simplified and standardised approach to workplace resolution is intended to embed a just culture approach within the NHS, incorporating in one framework disciplinary, capability, grievance, and bullying/harassment policies\. To achieve these aims it is planned to engage external specialist experts, with experience of NHS, public and private sector workplace resolution, to support the development of a national NHS resolution policy\. A full description of the requirement can be found in the ITQ document once suppliers have registered their interest\. Please note: the budget for this work is £50,000 exclusive of VAT\.
