The works themselves are remodelling works including but not be limited to: reconfiguring internal partitions, forming new openings,forming new mezzanine floor, supply and installation of new hoist, new M&E installations and adaptations to existing M&E installations, modifications to drainage, external works including reconfiguring the parking area.
