Description

This procurement is to replace a 3D printer within the School of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southampton. The current 3D printer has been instrumental in securing large research grants as well as providing the components for high-profile projects. The new 3D printer that the University is looking to purchase needs to be versatile with the materials it can use, from bio compatibility materials to ABS, soft rubber and clear materials. The Printer will need to be able to print as a digital material for printing assembly's in more than one material (digital materials is a mixture of materials together but with variants in its make-up to give different strengths and shore ratings).
