The Council has awarded this conytract after a mini competition under the Homes England Framework Lot - Multi disciplinary Technical services The tender sought a RIBA client advisor/employers agent to support the development of a housing pipeline to deliver a pipeline of sites. The sites will then be prioritised to meet the demand based on market needs analysis. The Council has appointed a consultant under a call-off contract for RIBA Stage 1 to provide technical development services including the addition of Redbook Valuations in the cases where the sites are owned by a third party, not the council.
