ESPH SB Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services for Bexhill Town hall Renaissance Project (ESPH493) - AWARD

Rother District Council ('the Council') is seeking a consultant to provide mechanical and electrical engineer services for work RIBA Stages 2-3, for the submission of a full planning application for the refurbishment and extension of Rother District Council's Town Hall based at London Road, Bexhill-On-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX. It is anticipated that the contract will commence w/c 11 October 2021 and run until RIBA Stage 3 is concluded in July 2022.
