LMS and E-Learning System

Amber Valley Borough Council wish to procure a software solution for the administration and deployment of effective e-Learning across the council. This solution will consist of 2 lots. In order to procure the most effective solution the council may award each lot to separate suppliers or may consolidate 1 or more lots from the same supplier. 1. Learning Management System (LMS) with cloud-based hosting E-Learning Library and Support Package 2. DSE training and risk assessment. Potential suppliers are invited to submit bids on either individual lots or may submit or a single bid on both lots
