By 2030, we want to ensure grassroots football has 20,000 'good' quality pitches to enjoy\. As part of this tender, the contracting authority us also supporting the delivery ambitions of the England and Wales Cricket Board, The Rugby Football Union and the Rugby Football League through providing funding for the Pitch Advisory Service \(PAS\)\.
