Direct award to Public Digital under the Crown Commercial Services Framework: G-Cloud 13, Lot 3: Digital & cloud culture change roadmap.
Nottinghamshire County Council, on behalf of the NSCP requires a partner to undertake a service design exercise to examine the existing operating model and help develop a roadmap to move to a new way of working around a needs-led front door, incorporating pathways for advice, safeguarding referrals and requests for early help.
