Installation and monitoring of heat meters in all properties with communal heat system

Description

The project consists of two Lots (works and services) an interested party may apply to undertake both Lots. Lot 1 The Council seeks to appoint upto 2 specialist experienced Contractors with a track record of delivering the supply and Installation of ultrasonic heat meters (the Works). Lot 2 The council also seeks to appoint an experienced Provider who will undertake the monitoring, management and account holder pre-payment facilities for these heat meters (the Services).
