## Description

The project consists of two Lots \(works and services\) an interested party may apply to undertake both Lots\. Lot 1 The Council seeks to appoint upto 2 specialist experienced Contractors with a track record of delivering the supply and Installation of ultrasonic heat meters \(the Works\)\. Lot 2 The council also seeks to appoint an experienced Provider who will undertake the monitoring, management and account holder pre-payment facilities for these heat meters \(the Services\)\.
