Police Staff Pay and Grading Reform

This opportunity is only available for the preferred suppliers on CCS framework RM 3745 Lot 4 (HR), this is a mini competition and not open for other suppliers. CNC are looking for a single provider to review of the current police staff Reward Strategy, Policies and Processes, including the Pay and Grading Structure to ensure it is aligned to the current and future aspirations, values and behaviours of the CNPA/CNC in driving a more unified, open, and inclusive culture, which upholds transparency and accountability whilst meeting the changing expectations of an increasingly diverse workforce in its ability to recruit and retain the levels of capability required.
