## Description

Administration of cash payment vouchers from Haringey Council Household Support Grant is used to support low-income households who require food, fuel, energy bills and other essentials\. The provider delivering the Payout cash voucher service will deliver cash payments to Haringey Residents by doing the following: • Enable Haringey to make high volume accessible payments to residents\. • Send vouchers in the post, by email or SMS\. • Correspondence designed and branded as "Haringey Council\." • Easy to set-up and manage\. • No minimum or maximum value payment • Transactions will be managed by highly trained people\. • Single use vouchers - which cannot be redeemed or cashed twice\. • ID checks before making payments\. • Ability to cancel and reissue vouchers if we need to • Have effective fraud prevention measures in place\.
