Description
Stroud Town Council requires a contract project manager to manage the refurbishment and maintenance of its properties. The Council owns two listed properties: • Lansdown Hall (community hall and art gallery). • Thanet House (council offices and two flats). and also manages 25 green spaces: parks, playing fields, allotments, churchyards and a cemetery, many of which have built elements. The Council is also currently in discussion with Stroud District Council on the possibility of transferring responsibility for additional properties.
