Derby Homes have 12 properties with solid fuel appliances\. We need a service provider to complete an annual service check on each appliance and to provide us with a report\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
