CTP795 - Repair and Maintenance of Heating Equipment

Description

The work comprises of the repair and maintenance of heating equipment gas/oil fired, domestic appliances, pipework systems and associated equipment, electrical controls, energy management systems and all swimming pool equipment, including major boiler house refurbishment at the establishments within the charge of the Council. However the contract does not include the maintenance of coal fired stokers, or the annual servicing of equipment. The Authority reserves the right to carry out any breakdown repairs with its own employees. The tender will be split into two defined geographical lot areas North and South Derbyshire as detailed in the attached map of Derbyshire (Appendix J). Contractors are entitled to bid for both areas with the most economically advantage bid being successful into each lot area. • North Derbyshire - Lot Area 1 • South Derbyshire - Lot Area 2
