Invitation to Market Sounding - Worcester City Tourism Information Centre Contract

Worcester City Council is seeking market sounding information from suppliers to research options and make recommendations on the future delivery of the Tourist Information Centre service.

The Tourist Information Centre has been managed and resourced by HW Chamber of Commerce since April 2013. This contract is coming to an end on 31st March 2018 and the Council are seeking to engage with parties who have ideas for the future offering.

Market Sounding focuses on suppliers as a whole, rather than the merits of individual suppliers. It includes no element of supplier selection or bid evaluation. There is no commitment of any kind inferred by either party.

The information you supply will be treated in the strictest confidence. It will not be made available to future potential bidders in the event of a tendering process taking place. This is in line with Section 43 of the Freedom of Information Act i.e. a qualified exemption in relation to 'Commercial Interests'.
