Specialist legal advice and training for the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Service For a qualified solicitor with proven experience of working in the context of special educational needs and disability (SEND) legislation to support Liverpool City Council to fulfil its duties outlined in Part 3 of 'The Children and Families Act (2014)' and the associated Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice - 0 to 25 Years (2015).
