Independent Evaluation/Summative Assessment for Humber Business Growth Hub: Finance for Growth, ICT for Growth and Business Growth Scheme

Hull City Council is seeking to procure a service that is independent of the Council to carry out a summative assessment as required by Ministry for Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), combined with a broader evaluation of the three schemes under the Humber Business Growth Hub's #GrowMySME programme both as each progress and at their relevant conclusions. The requirements of the Summative Assessment for the ERDF element of the project is set out in the guidance included as Appendices A-H. The successful tenderer will be required to design a detailed methodology which includes a comparable assessment of the three schemes and justifies how their approach will report, measure and capture the required impacts and outputs
