Provision of Occupational Health System

Supply of an Occupational Health System to West Midlands Fire Service. The system required should support OH activity across the organisation. The system would include an appointment diary and the ability to automatically generate letters, reports and emails directly from the system. By introducing the system OH would have a tool for assisting with efficient case management. It would also assist with the management of a vaccination programme when it is introduced for operational staff.
