HLOS CAPACITY PLANNING

Description

The purpose of the project is to produce improved, disaggregated rail travel demand forecasts for the Leeds City Region for the CP6 period, based on detailed analysis of current travel patterns and on evidence of factors that will drive future changes. This will enable WYCA to provide evidence-based inputs to the rail industry’s capacity planning process, including the Initial Industry Plan and other steps up to the agreement of the HLOS for CP6.
