## Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract to commission the post opening project evaluations \(POPE\) for 12 schemes\. POPE is currently undertaken for all Highways England Major Schemes and its role is to check whether investments in Major Schemes, costed at >£10m, are delivering the outcomes required\.
