To help us migrate to the new analytics \(Google Analytics 4\) to guide the web team to set it up technically, to also set up customised dashboards for the website team, claims portal team and the comms team to show website analytic data and to also train the relevant staff at FSCS in how to set up the appropriate analytics, the dashboards and how to interpret the results\.
