## Description

Concession for the Provision of Catering Services at Regent's Park and Primrose Hill\. \(TRP\) The Royal Parks anticipates that a 5 year initial contract period \+ 2 year extension \(with mutual agreement\) a fully commercial concession basis whereby the appointed caterer shall pay a concession fee on Net Sales supported by a Minimum Annual Guaranteed Sum\. Capital investment will be required from the successful bidder for the refurbishment of the catering outlets\.
