Co-design the scope of countries and regulators the Index will include\. Co-design the format of the Index with KTN Futures team to align with and strengthen agreed metrics\. Collate and analyse best practice case studies of global regulators\. 2\.2 Phase 2 - Delivery Provide the index in a format that can be shared publicly with government stakeholders and regulators\. Provide a written report which outlines key findings from the Index\. Provide a verbal presentation on findings to KTN Futures team, with recommendations for policy change\. Innovate UK KTN will then lead on follow-up stakeholder engagement to disseminate the index and its findings\.
