HC1859 - Mental Wellbeing and Emotional Resilience Family Support

This project is to encompass the delivery of, or adaptation of an existing programme into a family wellbeing support pilot programme. Over a two-year period, with the possible extension of 1+1 years to contribute to strengthening communities through whole family engagement.
