1-914 Travel Demand Management for the South East Region (Area 5 RIP)

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of a Research and Development project, to be delivered via the SPaTS Framework. The project will develop a range of capabilities which will benefit operations both within Highways England and within key stakeholders, including delivery partners responsible for the development and implementation of Road Investment Schemes in Area 5.
