Joint Delivery of DCC Business Handover

Ofgem requires the a supplier to provide a consultant with corporate experience and in-depth knowledge of business transactions, specifically large-scale mergers and/or acquisitions, as Ofgem plans for the transfer or assets, people and process from Smart Data Communications Company to a successor licensee.
