Customer Information Consultancy - re-tender

Information and Smart Ticketing, part of Transport for the North, is now seeking a consultancy partner to help us to develop and expand our thinking for customer information across the north, and to produce a 5-year implementation plan including delivering on these key tasks: • Test, challenge and refine the Customer Proposition, particularly in relation to customer information • Set out a detailed 5-year implementation plan which will deliver the customer proposition for the North.
