Public Toilets Cleaning Contract - Notice of Open Tender

Public Toilet Cleaning Quotations are invited from experienced professional cleaning companies to undertake daily duties at two of the town's public toilet blocks. Ross-on-Wye Town Council is seeking a company that can deliver a high quality service, offering value for money for our residents and visitors. Eligibility Criteria; The company must have carried out similar works over the last three years; The company must have proven experience of working in an operational public building, open 364 days per year; The company will give a declaration that all activities awarded within the contract will be carried out by personnel who are employees of the organisation; The company must have in place Public & Employees Liability Insurance cover and operate within a robust Health & Safety regime. The current workforce would be subject to TUPE arrangements. It is the responsibility of the organisation to ensure that all relevant documents have been read prior to submission. Additional information: Contractors wishing to submit tenders for submission must complete both sections of the Submission Document (Appendices 1&2) and the Form of Tender as part of the proposal. Documents must be delivered to Duncan Rowe, Operations Manager in a sealed envelope marked CONFIDENTIAL TENDER on the front no later than noon Friday 9th June 2023
