## Description

Retail and Leisure Study Milton Keynes City Council \(MKCC\) wishes to appoint a consultant to carry out a Retail and Leisure \(RLS\) study for the Borough of Milton Keynes\. This study will form part of the Council's evidence base and be used to inform retail and leisure policies within a new Local Plan \(The MK New City Plan\) that is being prepared to take forward the development of the Borough up to 2050\.
