Production of Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) and Accompanying Evidence

Westminster City Council (the Council) is seeking tenders for the production of a draft Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) and related infrastructure schedule and evidence base. The Council seeks support on the production of the replacement IDP. The IDP will form fundamental evidence base for the Council's Local Plan (the City Plan) and will be required to be delivered initially in draft, including an infrastructure delivery schedule. A subsequent tender will evolve into the draft into a final document.
