## Description

New floating support service in Rotherham to support a caseload of 50 people living in temporary hostel/hotel accommodation/move on accommodation from the 1st October to 31st March 2023\. The support would primarily be to: • Provide tenancy support • Help customers to secure a tenancy \(Council, HA, PRS\) and support to settle and manage tenancy longer term • Physical health support - GP appointments / secondary care • Mental health support • Help to access drug and alcohol support • Debt and benefits management
