Urgent maintenance requirements across Platform Housing's stock holding areas. This requirement (Lot 3) covers our needs for reactive windows and doors replacements, these may be one-off or part properties replacements or a small programme pepper potted across an area. Various numbers of Contractors are required, as stated within the ITT Document, plus various work areas are available to bid for, by region or by sub-region.
