We require an e- bulk system to process DBS applications \(bulk upload/bulk download\) for our prospective and current students, staff and volunteers\. As a guide only, in the previous year, we processed 2449 applications Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
