## Description

Newcastle City Council are looking to modernise their current provision of telephony within their Contact Centre and back office\. The Council intends to complete a procurement exercise in 2019 but would like to invite interested parties to demonstrate and discuss their products to help inform our specification in readiness for a new tender opportunity\. Please note this procurement exercise will be published via the CCS Network Services Framework \(RM 1045\) Lot 5, therefore only organisations on this pre-approved list are invited to take part at this time\. See attachment for more detail\.
