Supply of an Externally Hosted Vehicle Management System with Associated Services

Supply of VMS Hardware to the entire Council fleet with an externally hosted system accessed via a secure user interface. The total solution to comprise of - new vehicle hardware, software, on-line data storage and associated services. Initial contract period is for 5 years with options to extend the contract for 3 x 12 month periods.
