Legal Support for replacement Aerial Dispersant Spray Service

The MCAs Programme Delivery Directorate requires legal advisory support to provide timely, effective support and guidance based on a range of key work packages to support the Aerial Dispersant Spray Service that will include but not limited to:

a) Development of Contract and Procurement Strategy b) Support to the Procurement Process c) Post Negotiation Contract Review and Transition Support d) Ongoing Provision of Advice, Knowledge Transfer and Support

The requirement was procured by the form of a mini-competition through Crown Commercial Services Framework (RM6179 - Legal Services Panel - Lot 1).
