## Description

It has been identified that there is a requirement to improve mental health flow outcomes across Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust \(SABP\) bed base, with a focus on reducing inpatient length of stay\. This is a joint piece of work with SAPB, Surrey County Council will be the lead commissioner\.
