East Hampshire District Council (the Council) invites you to submit a bid (called a "tender") for the Appointment of an external consultant to carry out a business engagement and retail audit commission for East Hampshire District Council. East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) has been awarded £108,000 to help re-open the high street safely through the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (MHCLG) programme, managed by Cities & Local Growth Unit (CLGU) and funded by the European Regional Development Fund. The programme must start by 1st March 2021. A third of that funding has been allocated for this retail consultant element of the wider project.
