Award Notice for ERP Support Managed Service Contract (CCS Technology Services 3 Framework Agreement)

Description

HS2 Ltd had a requirement for the provision a managed service contract for support and application development with regards to Oracle ERP and HCM systems. The contract has been awarded to IBM UK Limited via Lot 3b (Operational Services - Operational Management) of the Crown Commercial Services Technology Services 3 framework agreement. The contract is awarded for an initial period of 36 months from 1st June 2022 with an option to extend for up to a further two periods of 12 months. The initial contract value is £3,201,763.18, the extension value is £2,390,432.70 and the total contract value is £5,592,195.88.
