SCS2 Recruitment Exercise

Description

The supplier will undertake recruitment search activities for 2 SCS roles to support the Transformation within Ofgem. These roles are Director Analysis and Assurance and Director Energy Systems Management and Security. This will include: ?? attendance at all meetings (planning; long list and short list); ?? advertising of roles; ?? search; ?? ranking of candidates into A, B and C; ?? longlist interviews; ?? references (if necessary); ?? collecting of diversity stats and all interactions with the candidates.
