## Description

Luton Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant or consultancy team to support the Council on the delivery of proposals introduce a borough wide Additional HMO licensing scheme and an initial Selective Licensing Scheme within the scope of the Housing Act 2004: Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation and Selective Licensing of other residential accommodation \(England\) General Approval 2015\.
