Provision of Roofing replcament, wall ties and re-pointing

Torus are going to market to seek a contractor to carry out roof replacements, the renewal of wall ties and repointing. Predominantly in the Warrington and St Helens areas, however this could expand throughout the North West in the future. The contract length is initially 24 months with the option to extend for a further 24 months subject to performance.
